Return & Exchange Policy
We hope you love your purchase from A Wee Token. However if you’re unhappy with the goods for any reason, please let me know firstly as soon as possible by email at email@example.com and return to me.
We are happy to offer a refund or exchange on unused items in the same condition that you got them if it is returned within 14 days. (Excluding earrings).
On returning goods I would need the following information included: your name and order number, written confirmation of what items you have returned, written confirmation for the reason for your return, written request for either refund or exchange. I would appreciate your help in this matter otherwise it may cause a delay in dealing with the refund or replacement. Thank you
If an item is faulty we are happy to offer a full refund or replacement if possible. Please do contact me before returning anything to enable me to provide you with the best service.
This is in addition to your statutory rights and is subject to the terms below:
1. The goods were purchased from aweetoken.com.
2. We receive the item back within 14 days from delivery.
3. The goods are returned to A Wee Token in the same condition as they were sent and have not been tampered, altered or worn.
4. Proof of postage should always be obtained from the Post Office when returning items. Failure to do so may result in refusal to refund should your order go missing before it arrives with A Wee Token.
Proof of breakages
A Wee Token reserves the right to ask customers to provide photographic evidence of broken or damaged goods.
